Southern Ropes Refund Policy (updated January 2021)
Southern Ropes is a online rope supplier shop serving customers in South Africa (local only)
- Southern Ropes has no return policy on any off-cut rope bundles bought online.
- Southern Ropes has a no return policy on any off-cut rope rope bundles bought in-store.
- Southern Ropes will charge a 20% handling fee on any goods returned to cover shipping fee's. It is the customer/clients duty to choose the correct rope for ones application.
- Any rope returned will be under inspection and if found to be damaged, rope will not be accepted for change or any sort of refund.
- Any rope or hardware returned should be done within 30 days and not thereafter.
- Southern Ropes will return any monies owed for an exchange or difference in pay (for another rope whether less or more) within 30 days of return to warehouse (with a 20% handling fee)
