The Company launched its Southern Ropes Future Talent Program with the first intake of learners in May 2025. This program is aimed at building new talent in the ropemaking industry. The successful learners will be given access to internally developed, company-specific, formalised operator training programs within 3 ropemaking disciplines. Once they complete their initial training program and are certified as being competent, they will be afforded preference for future operator entry-level job opportunities within Southern Ropes. Believing in the importance of investing in the future, we look forward to creating a new generation of ropemakers.
