Uses
Mainly used by Special Forces on helicopters for a fast decent in difficult and dangerous situations.

These ropes remain flexible and soft to handle even when wet. Does not loose it strength when wet, has excellent UV resistance, very good abrasion resistance and will not shrink under normal conditions. The 12 strand construction makes is easy to store and does not kink.

| Colour: Dark Blue solution dyed HT multifilament.
These ropes are made up on request and include a soft protective eye or steel end terminal on the one end and a whipped end on the other.
Ropes manufactured at Southern Ropes exceed both the British and European Standard published by the European Committee for Standardization, or CEN (BS EN 943:2002). |
